Register Online

For degree seeking students, we recommend registering for classes online through Self Service via the the MyCCC Student Portal. You may find instructions on how to login to the student portal on the MyCCC Studet Portal webpage.

Students may register for classes in-person at both our Blackwood and Camden City Campus.

Note: Online forms submitted are processed manually by our department. Processing times vary and may take up to 5 business days during peak registration periods.

Guest Students

Guest Students must fill out the Guest Student Registration form in order to register for courses. Please refer to the Guest Student webpage for further information and instruction on how to complete registration as a guest student.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I drop a course from my registered course schedule?

Students who wish to make changes in their class schedules (drop/add) must use the online process, or complete a Credit Registration/Drop-Add Form.

The Credit Registration/Drop-Add Form can be secured from the following:

  • College’s website
  • The Office of Records & Registration Services in Taft Hall on the Blackwood Campus
  • The administrative offices on the second floor of the Camden Technical Center or from
  • The Information Desk at the William G. Rohrer Center in Cherry Hill

Deadlines: The deadline to drop a course varies by each session. Please review the semester Key Dates on our Academic Calendar for posted deadlines.

Drops must be completed either online via Self Service by the student, or the student must submit a completed form to Registration Services prior to the deadline for processing. Forms submitted after the posted drop deadline will not be eligible for processing. Forms submitted prior to the deadline (including on weekend and holidays) will be honored for processing on the next business day.

How can I withdraw from a course?

To withdraw, a student must fill out a Withdrawal form and submit it to the Office of Records and Registration Services by the published withdrawal deadline. Forms can be completed and submitted either online via the college website, or in person at Enrollment Services. A completed form must be submitted to Registration Services prior to the deadline for processing. Forms submitted after the posted withdraw deadline will not be eligible for processing. Forms submitted prior to the deadline (including on weekend and holidays) will be honored for processing on the next business day.

How do I find what courses I need to register for?

Students can view required courses for their program on “Student Planning” in Self Service via their MyCCC portal.

Self-guided tutorials on how to understand and use Student Planning can be found on our Student Planning webpage.

Students can also visit the Advising Center on campus for assistance. Academic Advisors offer several options to help you understand your degree requirements, choose your classes, and assist you with registering using the online portal, MyCCC.
