Dental Hygiene Application
The Dental Hygiene program at Camden County College is a selective admission program that accepts new classes every fall.
We are currently accepting applications for the Fall 2025 class.
If you would like to apply to the Dental Hygiene program, please complete the application – once completed print, sign and submit the paper form by mail or email as indicated below. Once you submit your application to the program, you will receive a checklist of supplemental materials needed to complete your record for review. This checklist will be sent via email to the address provided on your admissions application. These materials will include:
- Official copy of your high school transcript
- Official copies of all college transcripts* (if you attended Camden County College, you do not need to submit you CCC transcript)
- SAT Scores
*All transcripts from outside of the United States must first be submitted to a third-party evaluation service that is NACES accredited such as World Education Services (WES)

Application, checklist, test scores, and transcripts – including third-party evaluated transcripts must be submitted NO LATER than February 1st, 2025. Incomplete files will not be considered for acceptance. Materials should be submitted to:
